ABOUT YOU We are looking for a Country Manager – Vietnam (HCMC-based) who is entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and deeply embedded in Vietnam’s gaming and digital entertainment ecosystem to join our global leadership team.

The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to build and own Xsolla’s market presence in Vietnam from the ground up. Strong business development, stakeholder management, and operational skills are essential, along with experience in gaming, digital payments, or fintech in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.

The ability to navigate local regulatory environments, grow a partner network, and translate global product strategy into regional success will be key to your success in this role.
