Construction Cost Engineer
CoreWeave is seeking a Construction Cost Engineer to be the owner-side commercial lead for its rapidly growing portfolio of data centers and critical infrastructure projects. This role involves building and maintaining the financial source of truth, managing CAPEX, and advising on budget, risk, and commercial strategy for complex, large-scale developments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the owner-side commercial lead across a portfolio of complex, large-scale data center and mission-critical infrastructure developments.
- Build and maintain the financial "source of truth" for projects, ensuring clarity, accountability, and control over every dollar from pre-construction through closeout.
- Own portfolio-level cost planning, control, and forecasting across multiple concurrent projects.
- Act as a strategic advisor to Construction, Real Estate, and Finance leadership on budget, risk, and commercial strategy.
- Implement scalable tools, processes, and reporting to support CoreWeave's rapid growth and evolving data center program.

</p> <p>The base salary range for this role is $134,000 to $179,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
