Commercial Construction Project Manager

) Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial and institutional construction projects from planning through final closeout. This role is responsible for overseeing every phase of the project lifecycle, including estimating, contracting, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client communication.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Most projects are valued at up to $2 million and may be delivered through IDIQ, lump-sum, or fast-track contract methods.
