About the role

About the role As a Change and Capability Intern, you’ll be part of the Wholesale team, supporting change initiatives and capability uplift across stores. This role focuses on improving how change, learning, and communication are delivered to ensure they are clear and effective.

responsibilities

  • Support improvements to the internal learning repository, including structure, usability, and accessibility.
  • Assist with persona and role-based mapping across change, learning, and communications.
  • Help simplify and streamline learning materials to ensure consistency and ease of use for stores.
  • Support store communications, including content development and feedback collection.

About you You’re currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a degree in HR, Management, Operations Management, Psychology, Business Communication, or a related field. You’re interested in change management, communication, and improving how teams adopt new ways of working.

Our internship programme offers 12-weeks paid work at living wage starting in November based in Māngere, Auckland. Renowned learning and development sessions fortnightly. An extensive support network - your People Leader, the Talent Team, a Kaiārahi (mentor) and your fellow interns to help you along the way.
