About the Position: The Career Developer is responsible for establishing and maintaining a network of job development and pre-employment services within the parameters of the FCRP.
This role requires a thorough understanding of the expungement process, including coordinating its completion and providing information or referrals on how to expunge a criminal record or obtain a Certificate of Rehabilitation.
The Career Developer will assist unemployed participants with employment preparation, resume writing, interview skills, job search, and placement and provide various resources to support participants in transitioning into long-term, sustainable employment.
