</p></div><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>Charlie Health is seeking a highly motivated, intellectually curious, and data-driven Strategy &amp; Operations Associate to join our Care Strategy team.

</p> <p>You’ll work closely with Clinical Leadership, Group Operations, Product, and Data teams to design systems and strategies that balance client outcomes, clinician experience, and operational sustainability.

</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze and improve the group care experience, including client-to-group matching, attendance, engagement, and outcomes</li> <li>Build forecasting and capacity models to support group planning, clinician utilization, and sustainable growth</li> <li>Partner with Clinical and Operations leaders to identify drivers of clinician retention, performance, and satisfaction—and design strategies to improve them</li> <li>Design and implement scalable processes, systems, and workflows that improve care delivery efficiency and consistency</li> <li>Evaluate trade-offs between client experience, clinician capacity, and operational constraints to inform strategic decision-making</li> <li>Lead cross-functional initiatives across Care Ops, Clinical, Product, and Engineering teams to implement new programs, tools, or care models</li> <li>Develop dashboards, performance tracking, and executive-ready materials to communicate insights and recommendations to leadership</li> <li>Support experimentation around group structure, scheduling, staffing models, and care pathways</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 2–4+ years of relevant professional experience, including 1–2 years in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or at a high-growth start-up</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field</li> <li>Advanced analytical skills—you're fluent in Excel and comfortable building models from scratch; SQL or BI tool experience (Tableau, Hex, Power BI) is a plus</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently</li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments</li> <li>Resourceful problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities</li> <li>Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work</li> <li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights; experience with healthcare analytics is a plus</li> <li>Located within a 45-minute commute of New York City and able to work on-site four days per week</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Benefits</strong><strong><br></strong></h3> <p>Charlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees.

&nbsp;</p> <p><em>The total target base compensation for this role will be between $106,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus. The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $117,000 and $148,000 per year.
