Tinder's Events program is building a new way for members to connect in person — and the operational backbone that makes it run is just as critical as the partnerships that power it. The Strategic Partnerships Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the operational strategy and execution that powers Tinder's Business Development group, starting with the  Events Program.

This role owns the operational infrastructure that enables scalable partner growth, ensuring efficient deal execution, operational excellence, and a high-quality event marketplace on the Tinder platform.

Working at the intersection of Business Development, Product, Legal, Finance, and external partners, you'll drive cross-functional initiatives, influence operational priorities, and develop scalable solutions that support the continued growth and success of the Events business.

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office collaboration three times per week in Los Angeles, CA.
