Position Summary The Billing Clerk is responsible for executing the day-to-day billing and accounts payable functions with accuracy, timeliness, and complete documentation. This role processes 35–45 bills per month across multiple contract platforms, manages job setup in SAGE 50, maintains billing logs, prepares lien waivers, and supports monthly billing cycles.
The Billing Clerk directly relieves the Accounting Manager of high-volume transactional work, enabling senior staff to focus on financial oversight, compliance, and reporting.
