Bentley, Edison and Maserati of Central NJ, part of the prestigious Murgado Automotive Group, is searching for an experienced and energetic BDC (Business Development Center) Manager to take our customer service and sales support to the next level. Qualifications: Previous BDC Management experience required, preferably in the automotive industry Proven ability to lead and manage a successful team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and proficiency with CRM systems A customer-first mentality with a focus on building lasting relationships Analytical skills to track and improve department performance metrics Excellent organizational and time-management skills Why Work With Us?
