Associate Manager, Audiobook Licensing
About the role
The Spotify Audiobooks Team is looking for a collaborative, organized, and strategically minded Associate Manager to help shape and scale Spotify’s audiobooks publishing initiatives. In this role, you’ll support content development, licensing, and editorial strategy across a growing portfolio of original and licensed content, helping bring compelling stories to listeners around the world.
You’ll play an important role in the development of Spotify’s Audio First and Spotify Audiobook Selects programs, supporting acquisitions, licensing efforts, and publishing initiatives from concept through release.
We’re looking for someone who loves books, storytelling, and culture, and who brings strong editorial instincts, business judgment, and a passion for discovering content that resonates with audiences.
