Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and business-oriented Assistant Manager – Talent Management & Operations to partner with leaders across India and the US in driving organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and performance excellence. This role is 70% Talent Management and 30% Operations.
This role combines HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and People Analytics. The ideal candidate will leverage data, technology, and AI-driven insights to enhance employee experience, strengthen organizational capability, and ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
