*This is for the LCAC 100 Program The Project Analyst will be in charge of tracking labor hours, costs, schedules, burn rates, planning actions and management reporting. Essential Duties &
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the tracking of labor hours and schedules, as well as costs and burn rates
- Reviewing costs and modifying accordingly
- Manage schedules and preparing status reports
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
- Responsible for: developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program; participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements; monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met
- Supports labor tracking and labor hour alignment
- Review and provide weekly budget analysis reports and resource allocation
- Support the Navy Program Manager by tracking government labor funding plans
- Provide task planning activities
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission focus across the team
- Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications Education
- High School Degree Required
- Bachelor's Degree Required (preferably in business, finance, accounting, analytics, logistics or related field) Licenses & Certifications:
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance
- MS Project or Primavera, preferred
Experience
- Five to seven (5-7) years of experience in a similar position
- Experience using DoD/Navy financial systems
- Knowledge of the substantive programs within the division and branches
