Job Purpose: Apply basic project management principles to work with affiliated companies to prepare, maintain, and report project information.  Serve as back-up administrative and operations point person for the Chairman to ensure smooth functioning of activities and processes in multiple lines of business when the Executive Administrator is occupied or out of the office.
