A Little More About The role: We’re looking for an Account Manager - Broker to join our rapidly growing team. As the primary contact with our employer customers, the Account Manager uses data to understand Gravie’s client needs and suggest strategic opportunities to inform renewals and growth opportunities.

Building strong relationships based on a foundation of trust and expertise in health insurance and employer benefits is your specialty. You enjoy helping people find solutions and answers to their tough questions, and you can explain complex subjects to a variety of audiences.

Experience working in a dynamic environment and comfort researching and solving problems with minimal guidance 3+ years of experience working collaboratively across several teams and functions Extra credit

• Previous start-up or emerging growth company experience
• Experience with self-insured health plans

The salary range for this position is $67,500 - $112,500 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.  In addition to base salary, this position is also eligible to participate in the ICHRA AM bonus program. Our unique benefits program is the gravy, i.e., the special sauce that sets our compensation package apart.
